2.1 Online Video Lessons
For our on-demand video lesson packages, we offer a satisfaction guarantee under the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date
- Less than 25% of the total course content must have been accessed or viewed
- The refund request must include a clear explanation of why the course did not meet your expectations
- Only one refund per customer is permitted per 12-month period
2.2 Masterclass Programs
For our comprehensive masterclass programs, the following refund policy applies:
- Full refund available if cancellation is requested within 7 days of enrollment, provided no live sessions have been attended
- Partial refund (50%) available if cancellation is requested within 14 days, with attendance at no more than one live session
- No refund available after 14 days or after attendance at more than one live session
3. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following general criteria:
- Your purchase was made directly through our official website
- You have a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or transaction receipt)
- You have not previously received a refund for the same product
- Your account is in good standing with no violations of our Terms of Use
- The refund request is submitted within the applicable time frame
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these criteria or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be fraudulent or made in bad faith.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Promotional or discounted courses purchased at more than 50% off the regular price
- Gift purchases that have been redeemed by the recipient
- Courses or content that have been fully completed
- Downloadable materials that have been accessed or downloaded
- Certificate fees or administrative processing fees
- Subscription renewals after the renewal date has passed
- Products or services purchased through third-party platforms
5. How to Request a Refund

8. Course Exchanges
In some cases, we may offer the option to exchange a purchased course for a different course of equal or lesser value instead of a refund. Course exchanges are subject to the following conditions:
- The exchange request must be made within 14 days of the original purchase
- Less than 25% of the original course content must have been accessed
- Each customer is limited to one course exchange per 12-month period
- If the replacement course is of lesser value, no partial refund will be issued for the difference

If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing course content, please contact our support team before requesting a refund. We are committed to resolving technical issues promptly and may be able to provide assistance that allows you to continue with your learning.
Refunds for technical issues will be considered on a case-by-case basis after our support team has had the opportunity to attempt to resolve the issue.
10. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend your account and deny future purchases. We encourage you to contact us directly to address any concerns before initiating a chargeback.
